TrayDay is a utility which helps us to see the date at a glance often quicker and easier than resting the mouse over the clock on the system tray. It also has a calendar option which displays a calendar on the desktop. We can choose to have the calendar displaying on top all the time for quick reference. The Calendar also supports color schemes and we can set different colors for background, current day, day numbers, and even a separate color for weekend. It has a small icon displaying in the system tray for quick access to its various features. We can also shift the icon anywhere we want within the system tray with the shift icon option.
TrayDay displays dates in many formats including user-defined formats with just a left click of the mouse on its tray icon. We can define some functionalities like copy, paste and insert. The date can be copied to the clip board, inserted or pasted to the active or foreground window with just a left-click of the mouse on its tray icon. When the calendar is displayed, an extra icon appears in the tray to help us bring the calendar on top of the active window again. This software can make our desktop more interactive and can be very useful for quick reference of time and date.
